30-Day Returns Policy
Not happy with your order? We make returns simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened product for a full refund.
1. Contact Us
Email contact@altavora.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Send It Back
We will provide a return address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Items must be unopened and unused.
3. Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
